Apprise Software is seeking an individual who will take responsibility for planning, implementing and supporting customer electronic transactions. Job role involves testing and verification to ensure that EDI solutions are performing according to compliance requirements. EDI Analysts also research, analyze, and recommend solutions to potential EDI problems. The EDI Analyst role requires working directly with customers, suppliers, buyers, internal team members and technical resources. The successful candidate will be a single point of contact for EDI initiatives. As an EDI Analyst, you will:| • | Interact with customers to provide assistance in the use of EDI developed applications. |
| • | Keep abreast of industry trends and offer proposals for major changes to improve services. |
| • | Review business processes and take action to meet trading partner EDI Compliance demands. |
| • | Monitor customer transactions and resolve all error messages and/or lost transactions. |
| • | Create & test EDI maps based on specifications. |
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional, possessing strong oral and written communication skills. Candidates should have an interest or experience in EDI, be well organized, detail oriented and proactive. The successful candidate will be required to work proactively and independently. A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art degree in a related field is required.This role offers you the opportunity to be an integral part of a team working with leading edge technology to implement and support business solutions.
